"Arlene is a regular speaker in my classes and is nothing shy of a powerhouse of a human being.  Without any degree of hyperbole, if you book her as a guest speaker, prepare for her to not only engage your mind but impact your very core.  She is a powerful disruptor of many social norms that demand critique and has the capacity to address difficult topics while not leaving you ungrounded.  Arlene embodies great integrity, strength and conviction and can provide a holistic, while deeply impassioned, perspective on a variety of critical issues."
